The LA Clutch for the FA24 GR86 and BRZ is rated for up to 310 Nm (229 lb-ft) of torque, the FA24's peak torque figure is 250 Nm (185 lb-ft) in stock form, giving the clutch a meaningful margin for modified applications. Friction material is the same organic compound used in the FA20 Light Action. Engagement travel is approximately 14mm across the pedal sweep. The pressure plate spring load is calibrated to provide the lighter pedal characteristic while maintaining full disc engagement at maximum clamping.
