** Fitment NOTE: Some early 1998-2000 models may have 2 coolant sensors. If your engine has 2 sensors in this flange select the option above for the 058121132 part. If your current flange has 1 sensor and 1 plugged sensor hole select the 1 sensor flange to eliminate the need for an extra plug!
