Bolt-In Replacement Section, 250mm Return Point

The AT005 includes a billet aluminum adapter sized for the HKS cold air pipe's 80mm inner diameter, with a 25mm recirculation port integrated into the adapter body. The adapter replaces a section of the HKS intake pipe at the location HKS designates for the return connection, approximately 250mm upstream of the throttle body. Unlike the OEM intake adapter (AT004) which requires drilling, the AT005 uses a bolt-in replacement pipe section, making installation cleaner and fully reversible.

OEM Adapter vs HKS Intake Adapter: Not Interchangeable

The AT005 is the companion to the AT022V SSQV4 Bypass Valve Return Kit. If you are running the HKS cold air intake (AT002) or the dry carbon intake (AT001) and want to add the SSQV4 BOV in recirculation configuration, the AT005 provides the adapter connection between the BOV's return outlet and the HKS intake pipe.
