Drilling Template, 25mm Barbed Fitting, 180mm Return Point

The AT004 kit includes a silicone adapter that connects the SSQV4 recirculation outlet to the OEM intake pipe at a pre-marked drilling location on the factory pipe. The adapter uses a 25mm barbed fitting with a stainless hose clamp. The drilling template is included and locates the return connection point 180mm from the throttle body face, far enough upstream to allow mixing but close enough to the throttle that the returned air is measured by the factory MAF before recirculating.

Why the Return Location Matters

This kit is a companion part to the HKS SSQV4 Recirculation kit (AT021V). It is not a standalone performance upgrade. It is the hardware that makes the SSQV4 recirculation installation correct and clean on a car running the factory intake.
